Don’t ask me to be blinded by the light the world promises me – I want to see the truth even when it burns my eyes.

Not to call fear love,

Not to call silence peace.

Not to let the wave take me where I don’t want to go,

To hold the wheel tight even when the sea rises above my head.

To know who I am when no one sees me,

What I protect when everyone gives up,

And what I will not sell even if the world offers me a throne.

I don’t want to win by losing myself.

I don’t want applause that empties my soul.

I want a mind that does not bend,

A heart that does not lie,

And a soul that knows the way even in the dark.

Because a person does not become strong when he rules others – he becomes strong when he learns not to be ruled by himself.

Clarity in mind.

Control in step.

Awareness in soul.

And then no storm will convince you that you are lost.
